VISTA; NATA's alternative to "Right to Repair" legislation

On the issue commonly known as "Right to Repair", the Automotive Retailers Association, along with its fellow National Automotive Trades Association (NATA) members is working hard on behalf of the independant auto repair industry to secure access to auto makers' diagnostic and repair information, training information and special tools in Canada.

Forty newly certified (Red Seal) technicians.

In anticipation of Compulsory Certification of the Collision Industry Technicians, the Department of Education under the Apprentice Department, has prepared an upgrading /refresher program that is being delivered by the N.S. Community Collage . To date there has been three session completed and we now have approximately forty newly certified (Red Seal) technicians in the collision industry of Nova Scotia.
CONGRATULATION to those technicians.
As well a thank you to the staff at Apprenticeship, and instructor Walter Roy.
